Order processing time
We usually process your order and ship it within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Coolscupstore.com order processing hours are Monday-Friday/11:00 AM-7:00 PM (EST).
Our order cutoff time is 7:00 PM (EST), Monday-Friday, orders placed after 7:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 11:00 a.m. the following day.
Orders after 7:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)
If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact our customer service Shairis Lewis via [email protected], and we will refund you or process the order with priority.
Shipping time
We choose UPS Express to provide you with reliable delivery service to ensure that your water purification cup is delivered quickly and in good condition.

About consumption tax

Package
