In order to ensure your rights and interests, if you are not satisfied with the water purification cup you purchased, you can apply for return within 7 natural days after signing for a full refund of the purchase price. We need to remind you that the water purification cup needs to meet the following conditions:
1) Please return the water purification cup within 7 natural days after receiving it. After this period, we will not be able to process your return request.
2) The returned water purification cup can be in lightly used condition, but it needs to come with all original packaging and a return label (the return label will be included in the original packaging of your water purification cup when shipped).

About canceling orders

Our return order cutoff time is 7:00 PM (EST), Monday-Friday, return orders placed after 7:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 11:00 a.m. the following day.
Return orders after 7:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

4) Once the returned water purification cup arrives at Coolscupstore.com’s warehouse, the refund process will begin. Your refund amount will be fully returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
Return shipping costs
1) If the water purification cup you receive has quality problems such as wear and tear, the shipping cost will be borne by Coolscupstore.com.

Exchange process

Refund amount
